Finishing touches...

We have been spending a few hours each day working on the OUTSIDE of the Art Barn. Siding is no small task! It's not just about putting up 'the board' ... you have to have things like drip edge, trim, and very, VERY tall ladders!

There is no rush, we know this...but it cannot be done fast enough!

It is one of those HOT summery days where you have all sorts of grandiose ideas...like, hey, lets finish the siding ... weed the garden ... hook up the watering system for the plants and berry bushes ... then you spend hours running around in circles, complaining about the heat...well, I did ... then, i just want away from the weeds and the search for the box of watering/irrigation supplies comes to an abrupt halt and i escape to my studio. The temperature is PERFECT, the music is wonderful and the projects and possibilities are ENDLESS!
